Is tuya and smart life the same?
In terms of features, they are the same APP.
Tuya Smart App and Smart Life App are both official Tuya App. The only difference between the two is that the Tuya Smart App uses the Tuya logo and elements, while the Smart Life App removes all Tuya logo and elements.
The account cannot be universal.
Suppose you download these two apps at the same time and register an account. The two accounts are different, and the devices under the accounts cannot be used in common.
In the cloud database, Tuya treats the two APP accounts as completely different users, even if you are registered with the same email address or mobile phone number.
Can I customize the app?
Yes. Tuya allows you to customize your own APP, using your name and UI. Of course you have to do business with Tuya.
