Smart life devices offline
If the device was previously connected to the Internet, please check the following:
- Confirm that the network router is working, and restart the router if necessary
- Determine if there are too many devices connected to the router. If it is overloaded, the previously connected smart device may be kicked off.
- Check whether the device is in the reset state. Sometimes the device may be reset accidentally.
Smart life change wifi network
If you change the network password, you must re-configure all devices to the network. Currently, there is no fool-like one-key switching method to solve this problem. You can only reconnect one by one.
